“Great owners who went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience in Puerto Rico. From having beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc. available for use (no charge) to being available to help at 3am with a exit gate issue. Beautiful views of the ocean, easy access to the biobay tours (don't miss this) and restaurants / bars within walking distance. ”

“Staff was amazing! Everyone, no matter their role, was so friendly and appreciative of the hotel guests. Fernando was the best ambassador Courtyard by Marriott could ask for! He brought the fun and made each person feel special as he made his rounds poolside with towels and conversation. Beach area was fairly private. Very quiet and came with lounge chairs and umbrellas. We found the staff very fluent in both English and Spanish, eliminating our communication worries. Our room was clean and beds...
