“My husband and i stayed here for 5 days, and we had a wonderful time! From Rosa at the front desk who took care of us and made sure we had a beautiful room with a stunning view to Junior the pool concierge who had our cabanas ready every morning and checked on us. Danny at The Reef made sure the drinks kept flowing and Wander kept us inform of all the activities. We had a beautiful time! Everyone was attentive, and made sure we enjoyed our vacation. ”

“The views at this property was incredible and the rooms were amazing. The outside furniture could use an upgrade but the hotel is very picturesque and makes for great photo ops. The initial interaction with front desk staff was not the warmest of what I expected but it got better. The property's location is great, very easy access into town. However, it is not easily accessible driving to the property initially. The rooms were very spacious and my favorite part of the hotel.”

“Functional Cayman hotel. Shame about the waterfront (no beach). Hefty resort fee and mandatory service charge on room rates. Loud events mar an otherwise relaxing place to stay. Good central Seven Mile Beach location. ”

“Very friendly and relaxing place to stay”

“My wife and I have been to Punta Cana seven times. We absolutely fell in love with this resort. It’s cleanliness, the beautiful pool, the surface, the food, was incredible. The beach was also amazing however somewhat small when compared to other resorts like the Barcelo Bavaro Palace, Barcelo Bavaro Beach with much bigger, beautiful beach”

“The staff was so attentive and friendly! Room was basic but still perfectly suited. There are so many activities to do on the property.”

“Staff at RIU is amazing, they provide excellent service. Location is great with beautiful beach 🏝️. Property is well maintained. Food is great. Spa and wellness, very good. The only thing where I would like to see some improvements are rooms that can use some updates, bed mattresses are slightly too firm for my preference. Overall I would recommend this property to my friends and family.”

“Let me tell you something Jack!, if you don’t have a rental car, you can kiss your freedom of mobility goodbye on this island! Like all other resorts, Margaritaville is surrounded by low income that require some sort of transportation to get around. It’s real out here in these streets! Don’t get me wrong, the property is picturesque, but like all things in life, it’s all an illusion. If you an older traveler be sure to tell them that. Like other reviewers have mentioned, there are a crap ton...
