“The staff was amazing, very positive and helpful. Always wanting to make sure that you're having a great stay. If there's anything you're needed it's attended to. We had a great time as a family and no problems or concerns whatsoever. It's a beautiful property and the beach area is perfect. Lots of good food options and snack options, even a beach grill during the day. We will be back ”

“Honestly this place is the worst place I've been to. You have to wait more than an hour to check-in and once you get to your room, you also have to wait for your luggage to arrive, which took more than an hour. We are sitting there just wasting our time. The staffs are so eager for tips, and their facial expression will change according to the amount of the tip. Do not get a massage or a spa in this hotel. it's not worth it. I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough. I would never visit...

“I liked the pool”

“Staff was very friendly, chef minaya and chef carlos moni went above and beyond with our group. They prepared a special dinner for us that really made our stay. Nevertheless, every body was very friendly and the food was very good.”

“The resort is beautiful. But the room that was given to us was not great. Balcony light was not working. Ceiling Fan adjacent to the jacuzzi was not working. Broken closet door handle with exposed screw that could cut someone’s hand if not noticing. Then there was the bath robes, 1 of them had noticeable holes on the back side. So they brought us new bath robes, and those came without the robe ties. Lastly, our personal driver dropped us off and was asked by the resort security if he was going...

“Very unique property with a lot of charm. Front desk reception not very knowledgeable but concierge/customer service was awesome. Angelo and Anthony were amazing and they made us feel very special. Thank you Angelo and Anthony!!! ”

“Everything was very nice however preffered area very small by the beach and loud because of proximity of music which was pretty loud. Service very good and overall very pleased with property, service. Food on scale of 1 to 10 was 6 at most. Overall very pleased with this resort. Would most likely come back here again. ”

“There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! ”
