"Dated but clean. A/C didn’t work properly. Full cold blast or none at all. Had to sleep with off qas room was ice cold. They were booked so they could not change rooms. I was booked for 3 nights. They offered $30 compensation. That was an insult so we finally settled for $75. It was like negotiating buying a car. Beakfast left a lot to be desired. I knew going in it wasn’t top of the line motel but I was expecting basicsQ"

"The hotel is a top notch from the moment you park at the front entrance to your departure. The rooms are clean and specious. Everything is modern and in a brand new condition. The front desk, bar and the restaurant are provided excellent service. Valet parking was great too. Highly recommend."

"After driving til almost 3 in the morning with 2 kids and going to the wrong hotel first we walked in and I was so happy with the room and thought I would book with this hotel more often Then we realized the toilet had issues flushing, there is no sound proofing and I got maybe 2 hours sleep as a result. In the morning someone was playing with their door and it kept slamming over and over. Then, we weren’t that close to the ice machine but it might as well have been in my room. Whoever was on top of me it sounded like they were running, playing basketball and rolling something for hours. When we were leaving the cleaning staff left their cart in the middle of the hall and we literally couldn’t get by with the luggage. No one at the desk asked how things were or seemed like they cared. After leaving I checked my reservation and found I was overcharged and then for some reason they charged me an extra $20 and I don’t know why. I have yet to call and talk to management about this because I am still trying to get home. We were on a very long 14 hr road trip south and back and stayed in 3 hotels. This was easily the worst. Such a shame because it was beautiful and could have been a new favorite"
