โAs a budget hotel, it was excellent. Everything was provided in the room what was needed for an overnight stay. Beds were so comfy and room was set out really nice. Couldnโt fault anything at all. Dining room/ reception area was ideal and breakfast was excellent.โ

โWe had a nice 2-night stay here. The price was very reasonable and included a light breakfast which was great. It's a friendly hotel complete with a resident peacock and lovely views. Good value for money.โ

We love the fact that there was Starbucks downstairs.
Maybe gym and pool should be included and not as an extra. Just a thought. โ

โFirst time to the area, for a family wedding at another venue. Staff were great, friiendly with out being over bearing. Room was clean and well maintained and although we only had bar snacks and drinks on site, they were great.โ

โLovely breakfast provided and thoughtful, ample parking and easy access to the ao arena, taxis and takeaways nearby easily located would reccomend, only thing was working out the heating ! ๐ โ
โFirst: no elevator to the 1st landing. Difficult with major luggage. I specifically stayed here because it advertised as โself parkingโ and then I had to pay. Simon, the front desk receptionist was most helpful and kind. The restaurant was good and convenient and the wait staff was fabulous.โ

I enjoyed the quiet surroundings and friendly services in particular.
Without a doubt, breakfast and dining is superb.
Only thing they could improve is the shower tab.
Not enough water pressure in the morning.โ
โBeen twice now, the staff are so helpful, rooms lovely and clean. Very comfy beds, so handy to Bury market which is a bonus.

โEasily accessible, just 6 minutes walk from Crumpsall metro. On arrival I was greeted by a very friendly lady, who throughout my stay was very nice and helpful. We checked into the room and immediately noticed how clean the room was, the whole hotel in fact was immaculate.
