However, overall I was quite disappointed, I had expected a proper hotel and a much more luxurious experience given we paid over $500 per night. “What a fantastic stay in Plettenberg Bay area. You should have seen my wife's smile when she saw the Garden View Deluxe Suite. The room was stunning! It was quiet. Very clean. Turn down service was very nice. Breakfast was very good with lots of selections on the buffet or off the menu that was included. The staff members are truly amazing. Very helpful. We especially enjoyed talking with our waiter at dinner who interested in our travels that day. I know we convinced him to go visit Monkeyland!...

“The Junction is a nice place to stay in Plett. The beds are comfortable, there is Aircon and the style is modern and new. The rooms are not very bright, so not the best place to hang in the day, but absolutely perfect as a nightly base, especially with the block-out curtains. The location is excellent right in the middle of town so you can walk anywhere. Right by Seakrit Spot and Market off Main which is very convenient. I’d stay here again for a short stay of a few nights. ”

“Nice big apartment a short walk to the beach and in a peaceful location. Not too far from a Spar, restaurant, pharmacy and petrol station. You need to drive though. A little maintenance required as one of the hotplates didn't work.”
