“Very good”

“Hotel smelled, our floor we were staying on had a stench of a restroom. The hotel room had crumbs on the floor in the kitchen area. The pull out couch had a rusted mattress and hurt my daughter when she tried to lay on it. Couch felt itchy and the blankets didn’t seem clean. Bed was comfortable, is the only plus. Would never stay there again.”

“Great rooms”

“Very clean hotel and professional staff.”

“Well, the staff were completely withdrawn when dealing with you and constantly looking off in other directions and talking to other staff while “trying” to help you. Their whole system was down and we never got a key card for our room. Bathroom was dirty, definitely not getting a deep enough clean. The breakfast was pathetic, there wasn’t enough food for us to get to eat anything so I can’t even say it was good. Other guests were completely rude Letting their kids trash the place and run around...

“호텔이 너무좋아서 계속있고싶었다. 수영장, 침대시트, 공항차량지원등 모든것이 너무 좋았고 직원들도 매우 친절했다 앞으로 또 이용해야겠다”

“Great location with a beautiful view of the beach for sunrise. Nice pool and amenities. Great restaurants on site. Comfortable beds and super quiet. Some of the nicest staff we’ve ever had at a hotel. Would definitely stay here again!”
