“Was warm and inviting.”

“That's the worst thing have ever heard from a hotel by the way, towel shortage! I booked a 1 bedroom suite which has the capacity of 4 people, am here with my wife and 2 kids with 1 infant and I get only 2 towels!Bad experience!”

“The staff was good with the exception of 1 night shift worker. The bathtub drain didn't work so the water would not drain during a shower. The room door didn't close unless you pushed hard on.”

“No elevator.”

“The room was very clean. Everything looked so new that I had to ask when the building was built. I was told 3 years ago...I was very impressed by the state.”
