Every staff member was so kind to our family. Our children ended up getting sick & they were very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. The cookies in the evening were a nice treat as were the dog treats for our little pup. The AC did not work as well in our room but they did offer to switch us rooms and even discounted our stay. Thank you Quality Inn!!

The breakfast was more than continental. We thought this was almost a regular breakfast. A definite "win" that we were not expecting.

nice, except no elevator

Hotel is older, but in good condition and clean. Only downfall was my room was on the second floor and the hotel does not have an elevator. The Desk Clerk was very helpful and carried y 2 main bags up the stairs.

Needs improvements and updates

The kind and helpful customer service offered by the front desk just can't quite balance out the old and lacking building. They have tried to make some small updates (like extra outlets/USB ports on the nightstand), but things like a cramped bathroom without hooks to keep towels and clothes off the floor make it difficult to say good things about the physical space.

Everything was clean, well took care of. Staff was very nice and courteous. Had a good breakfast. Quite place Would use the plce again. The only thing that was bad was the TV. Was not working right.

Took 3 people to check in. Room was shabby and not clean. Shower had soap and hair on the wall. There was no shampoo either.

Mixed bag

Check-in was friendly and fast. The pool was out of service, and signs posted about it. While the location was clean, with updated bathrooms and updated surfaces, the carpet was stretched/bunched in the room, causing a tripping hazard. The provided USB outlets did not work, but the normal outlets in the same device did. The carpet outside the conference room was stained and looked old.

There was no cleaning of the room the whole 4 nights we were there and the pool is out of service and the carpet in the hall way and stair was filthy
