“My room Stunk Like Mold and mildew.. I had to purchase outside air fresheners to complete my stay in the room. Your breakfast service is horrible. It’s bland and tasteless. You blocked off the entire area and created a fire hazard in the front lobby with 60 mattresses. I would not stay here again.”

“Clean and easy”

“Have stayed here many times. Everything as usual great , with the exception of a couple of little things. We did not have a phone, or clothes hangers. The included breakfast consisted of just chocolate chip cookies, no de-caff coffee. But only minor things, will not stop us using again. 🙂”

“The breakfast was not even continental. I only booked for the breakfast and there wasn’t even coffee. The greeting from the front desk when I arrived was rude and not a good welcome. Will not be booking again.”

“Front desk service”

“Everything was excellent. No complaints after 3 separate stays here.”

“Descent stay”

“Great stay”

“새로지은 호텔로 굉장히 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 아침식사도 만족 스러웠습니다. 새로생긴 UTC 몰 근처라 쇼핑 및 레스토랑이 많아서 좋았습니다.”

“너무 오래된 느낌 룸 컨디션은 7~8점”

“Broken elevator for at least two weeks, I had to negotiate 3rd floor room for 4 nights. I'm 66 years old two bad knees and bad back. Never offered a floor one room where their was teenagers in those rooms, offered just 25.00 per night allowance, absolutely disgraceful. Sweating while you eat breakfast no air conditioning on at all . Poorly run, behind in Bill payment according to a staff member.”
