Our stay at this hotel wasnโt good at all. First the air conditioner was stuck and the room was very very cold all night, and we asked for another room or for some one to fix it but it was never addressed! The sheets on the bed were reversed so that the spread was where the sheets were supposed to be. In the morning at the supposed continental breakfast, they had no coffee and only had several muffins and a couple of bagels, that was it! But the worst part was that when I checked in the night before they had me pay a $100 deposit, which I have never done before at any hotel. I reluctantly paid it with a credit card and when I asked for it in the morning they said it would be taken off my credit card bill but would take a few days or maybe a week. I still havenโt got a credit and I am still trying to get a refund or credit off my account!!! I am still fighting that so as for staying at a Baymont hotel in the future, that wonโt happen! You
