"First time staying at a SPARK by Hilton. Was a terrific experience. Facility had only been operational for one year. Room was very clean and lots of room. Amenities were readily available, especially nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room as well as a sink. Was surprised to find a dishwasher in the room as well. Staff was extremely helpful, offering suggestions for evening meal in local area. Breakfast hours (0630-1000 hours) were very helpful on check-out day. Experience has led us to seek other SPARK by Hilton facilities in the future."

"This is the second year I come to Wylder hotel with my family and I am going to make it an annual visit 😍 PS we visit in the summer ❤️ We love it here in the summer! The property is beautiful located in the heart of Windham, NY. Anything you may need is 2-5 mins walk or drive from the hotel. The pool is heated (85 degrees). The restaurant is ahhhhazing. The bakery is delicious. There are so many places around the property where you can just sit, relax, sip coffee or beer, breathe in fresh air. The views are breathtaking. If you are feeling wild you can take a dip in the river. The hotel rooms are ginormous, prob can fit 2 more beds. This hotel is super pet friendly 😍 our pup has been here twice with us now 😊 Staff is professional, kind and always helpful. I LOVE Wylder hotel ❤️ highly recommend."

"It’s basic, it’s simple, it gets the job done. I didn’t use the shower, but the sink water pressure was a little lower than preferred. It’s in a fantastic location at a great price for what you need. Clean rooms. Didn’t think it would be clean when I walked in, but it totally was. 2 small kids wanted to watch TV, and the WiFi wasn’t strong enough, that was the main issue for my stay. It did however work for iPads. What I will commend was that the owner (presumably) picked up the phone right away and sent the manager to help. It didn’t for the TV, but at least the iPads worked. A few WiFi extenders is likely all that’s needed. I’d definitely stay again. Thanks again St, Charles! And owner and manager."

"This place is definitely dated but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Chose to stay here when riding into tue area on the bike becasue of it had a detached restaurant/bar which makes dinner easier. Food was ok and bar was cool."
