We actually arrived at 10 pm in the evening and left at 5:30 am - our bed was comfortable and our shower hot - we noticed little else.

Unfortunately checking the room smelled funny and the toilet did not work and we were told to take the top off and shake it to flush which is unacceptable. Next morning with 38 degree weather the hot water was not working at all. I really wanted to like this location but i was very disappointed.

Nice and spacious
The place a very quiet and nice they had a good breakfast, rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were amazing and very kind will definitely stay again

The customer service was phenomenal! The food was excellent and the beds very comfy. The Wi-Fi was very sketchy at best and the bathroom while certainly okay was not the best we’ve had.

Great location and service
Great location, pleasant and helpful staff, and wonderful breakfast buffet. We have stayed there multiple times and always are pleased.

That was the smallest room and bathroom I have been in. But other than size, the room was clean and comfortable

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Clean , safe, comfortable and quiet environment. Nice “continental “ breakfast with buffet hot items. Shuttle transport to airport definitely a plus.

Nice location convenient to airport
Convenient location to airport with shuttle service. Located close to restaurants, bars and stores. Beds were comfy!

Very happy with this hotel, excellent coffee excellent breakfast and the rooms were new and comfortable. Highly recommend for a hotel nearby the airport.!!

Arrived late due to airline delays and was greeted with a smile. We rented two rooms - our room was great, but our son said his was very noisy due to the AC unit.

Great location and amenities
We really enjoyed staying with you. We had our 2 grands who loved the pool. Everything was clean. Our first room smelled of mold and the toilet didn’t work. We were quickly moved to another room that smelled fresh and was nice. The breakfast was wonderful- something for everyone. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again, but it’s obvious a refresh of the facility is in order.

It worked
I booked a double room just for the night as I had a late flight in and was heading out to Tennessee the next morning. One room was fine, but my room had a mildew smell. Once I got the AC going, it seemed to go away. The front desk was very helpful when I checked in. The breakfast was pretty good, not great, but not awful. Considering I just needed a place to sleep, it worked. I did check out the gym while my kids were asleep and it wasn't great at all. A few free weights, a treadmill, and elliptical, all basically in a room the size of a closet.
