Checked in early by joining Hyatt Rewards program but never got an email verifying. We asked for different pillows due to a person being allergic to feathers. Took 4 hours to get them. When we returned well past 11PM, our keys didn't work. The battery lock was dead. We had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to fix it. Also, not enough towels for the number of people in our room.

We showed up at 6:30pm to check into our room and was told it was still not ready. They said they were behind because they sold out the night before. An email or a message would have been appreciated since we were coming from out of town and were already a few hours past the normal check in time.

Hotel had a perfect location wonderful lobby and room was very clean. Only bad thing is our Bottom sheets on the bed were put on sideways on both beds, therefore your feet were touching the mattress cover and there was about 3 feet on each side that was hanging to the floor. Very strange we had to remake our beds. Next day made service missed us. Also ice machine was not working on the floor, other than that room was great for the price

Sent message to Hotel requesting a room with a view..when checked in the panoramic room was looking straight into the trees with no view..contacted front desk and asked if they could change rooms and they put me on hold and never came back..waited on hold for about 15 minutes..very unprofessional

Toilet paper is so cheap you will need to use half the roll for 1 wipe, WiFi works half the time, trash was left in the can from previous guests, and overall stay is just less in quality than you can get for other places nearby. Adding a couch doesn't make your room more enjoyable when everything else is subpar at best.

Pay extra for Main St or Panoramic View room. It’s well worth the upcharge. Hotel is bustling with activity. Room service is available and the Starbucks on site was a bonus for morning coffee, although Hyatt did provide a mini single serve coffee brewer and free coffee pods and Twinings tea. Modern furnishings. Large flat screen tv. Parking garage right next door $7 per day and second floor direct access to the hotel was convenient. Area is super clean for downtown. Walk down to river and use the walking trails. Beautiful area for a stay.

everything was good but the bed. I am a member of Hyatt Vacation club and love the hotel brand in general. This location had an uncomfortable bed, and itchy sheets. I'm 6'0 and was too tall for the bed. Unusual for a hotel and a Hyatt especially.

Weekend getaway
This is our favorite hotel to stay in when we visit Greenville. This time we had to ask for service because we had no hot water. We called the front desk she said someone is on the way. An hour later no one we called again and the guy came up ran the water said the sink was ok he would send someone for the tub. Another hour nothing. I visited the front desk (very helpful) they offered another room which we took while moving the second maintenance guy showed up. The room was similar to our first room but the beds were more firm and pillows terrible this stay in both rooms.
