Nasty hotel and very disrespectful people work at this place. It smells like weed all the time, the rooms dirty with death cockroaches Please stay away from this place.

Not bad, goos for the money
The tv didn't work with the rwmote unless you stood directly in front of it. The AC/heat auto feature did not work. The heat ran continuously making the room unbearably hot. We had ti keep it turned off and just cover up to stay warm.

I checked in after 9 pm and I told the male clerk I had a service dog and a pet dog with me. Did not seem like an issue. Ofcourse my pet dog starts barking because she hears a noise outside our room. Morning staff then starts calling my room asking why I had a dog and why I did not tell anyone when I did at check in. As me and my fiancé are getting our things out I had multiple staff ask me if I was about to hurry and check out. Felt very rushed and kept hearing them whisper about how I’m the room with the dog. The morning clerk even made us stand at the desk while she herself checked out our room to see if we “damaged” anything with our dogs. I also booked a smoking room through the Expedia website but when I get to the motel everywhere there is signs saying no room is smoking anymore. Will not be going back to this hotel.

The staff was so nice and helpful. My reservation was messed up by Orbitz but the staff fixed it and checked me right in with no issues even though it was for a different day. Super nice people.

The towels were dirty, the sheets and covers were dirty. This place was pure nasty. My guys ended up leaving and finding another hotel.

Only decent part was the staff. The rooms shower head was too low. Windows were cracked. Bathtub had holes in it. No handicap accessible doors. The building needs a remodel then it could be acceptable for the price

A friend of mine booked a weekend for me 3/17/23-3/19/23. It was supposed to be a smoking room, and j was not informed that is was a non smoking room. So two rude men who work there knocked on my door and literally kicked me out. They tried to use their keys to come in but luckily i had the door locked. When they first started banging on the door thankfully because i was changing clothes. So they kicked me out AND also charged my friends debit card $360. I do not understand why i was kicked out when the room had already been paid for AND charged $360s

BEWARE! Misleading pictures and rating!
We booked 2 rooms. The first room had urine on the toilet seat and housekeeping had left for the evening so we were given a different room. The floors were sticky, the door wouldn’t shut properly and there was no shower curtain at all. The 2nd room had threadbare sheets and no peephole glass in the door. Just a hole you could look through to see into the room. We covered it with a bandaid. The side door leading outside did not lock. I do not know how this hotel has managed to get 7/10 rating but it is extremely inaccurate.

The night time Front desk was awesome! The daytime woman was miserable. I did feel safe. This place is NOT clean. We had dead bugs in our sheets, a dirty bathroom (we had to clean it) and there was throw up on the hotel room wall. This is the worst room I have ever stayed in. If the entire town wasn’t sold out I would have left, but we were stuck there.

The beds are horrible. One hard mattress on top of a board. Very basic room. Shower has no pressure and no drain stopper to take a bath. Towels are old and not soft. Sheets and comforter are thin and old. Comforter had cigarette burns in it.

Was charged more than was on travelocity. Room was price at 69 but got to the hotel and they said because of it being a king bed it was more than what i was told to begin with and wound up paying closer to 90 for 1 night. The night desk guy was homophobic when i told him it was me and my girl friend after correcting him when he assumed i was with a male. Brought it to the morning desk guys attention and he shrugged it off.

My stay here was horrific. The room was absolutely filthy and the bed was disgusting. I ended up leaving and paid for a room elsewhere because my booking was non refundable.

Nice for the price and no pet fee
I have clean towels every day which was nice, but they did not change the bedding during the 4 nights I was there and the floors were not mopped. Not sure what the service should be, but I expected the bedding to be changed at least every other night and the floors cleaned daily. Also, was not provide with new cups after I used the others that were provided. The rooms are very small.

I checked in and they couldn’t find my reservation so I was charged 140.00 dollars I get in the room there’s no knob on the inside of the bathroom door and there was no hot water in the shower.I will never pay that much to stay here again

I don’t like the fact that we checked out a day earlier than our reservation. When I asked about prorated price the desk clerk said I should have said it 24 hours in advance. I no I signed a document to that effect. But that’s a technicality and I’m a human being and a customer asking for a break. But that’s ok. My brother lives 10 minutes away from the motel and I’ll be back soon for another visit. Probably several. And I won’t be staying at your motel. That means your refusal to refund 1 night is actually going to cost you, literally, 10 times as much and maybe more in the future. Nice motel but not nice management. Have a great business and a great life!
