"The hotel is in a very convenient location close to train stations. The surroundings are also very nice and I found the room to be clean and quiet. Will definitely stay here again next time!"

"Fantastic hotel, only downside is we booked a river view room expecting a view of the parliament building and our room was facing the opposite direction, so no parliament view. The concierge was wonderful and helped us book a variety of activities during our stay and the gym/sauna/pool were great amenities as well. We also enjoyed the live music in the hotel restaurant in the evenings."

"The room was fine, clean and served the purpose as this hotel is obviously located to serve airport travellers. Location was close to airport. In fact, the run-way was adjacent. The bar staff were fantastic. The check in staff were vague and seemed overwhelmed. Ask questions. Parking is 15 quid but is right there."

"Stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past due to the location and the value for money. Turned up yesterday and you now have to pay £10 per bag if you want to use luggage drop off. I paid extra for an upgraded room which was smaller than a cupboard, dated, and the air conditioning unit was so loud we couldn’t have it on overnight (on the hottest weekend of the year so far). Also no tea and coffee in the room any more….what the hell is that all about? Will never stay here again"
