Great stay

The stay was very comfortable. It’s apartment style so it’s basically a studio with a full kitchen. You have access to a gym, laundry room and grill. I only wish they had an ice machine. The office is open until about 7pm so if you need anything you must call the number to the hotel to reach staff so if you know you need something don’t wait until the last minute.

This feels like a brand new property and I love the concept. My one bedroom was huge for one person and I loved the full kitchen, living room area and bedroom. Feels like a room away from home! Note that this place differs from a “full service” hotel in that the front desk is not staffed 24/7. My flight was getting in late so I called them and they said not to worry. I called the desk after arriving and the on-site manager personally delivered my key! Would definitely stay here again.

The facilities were clean, the service was responsive and the internet worked well. It was value priced and near the BMW Driving School. I'm giving it 3 stars because there was a part with loud music going on outside the room into the evening and there was an oscillating motor sound in the bedroom that required ear plugs.

The staff are very tentative and helpful. The only complaint I have is the street noise. Which really can’t be helped. I used my earplugs and that helped. The hotel amenities are really nice. I used the gym and it was clean as well.

Property was great until we checked in which was after hours. But once we opened the door we were surprised by an awful smoke smell Pre III ya guest had to have smoked in this room for a while prior. I know mgmt can’t watch over everything but hopefully they can remedy this for future guest

We enjoyed our stay! The only problem we had was getting our digital keycard to work. But the awesome stay was able to help us out. It was so quiet and we all slept great. Having the little kitchen was great for to save some money with eating out. We will stay there again still we will play softball a lot in the area.
