โLovely stay in beautiful old house, close to the city center (10/15 min walk) with plenty of free parking on the premises. Room comfortable and clean. Free breakfast, which was buffet style in lovely dining room. Good selection of hot and continental style food although as with most breakfast buffets the hot food was a little dried up. โWe stopped here for a Spitfires game for our young fella and to be honest wasnโt expecting much - but we were incredibly pleasantly surprised!! This place is exceptional, easy to find, easy to access and staff instructions were friendly and easy to follow. This is a great stay! โ
โWe loved staying here. It really had a mix of modern and historical. Felt like a proper English hotel and had a tub in our room!! Hard to find in Europe. There was some construction but it wasnโt impacting our experience and itโs obvious theyโre reinvesting in the property and up keep which makes me know I would want to stay there again in years to come. โ
