Avoid at all cost!!!
The hotel told he did not have my reservation. I asked what he would charge for a night and with taxes, it was $30 more than Hotels.com was charging. The hotel is a shyster and I would not ever book there again.

Hair in the shower, dirty towels, WiFi never worked, Due to coronavirus we had to leave 2 days early and when asked if I could get a refund or credit the guy said “nope”. No discussion just flat out “no”. I don’t have extra money to blow but needed to get back. All our events were cancelled Worst experience ever.

A TIRED REST STOP
I was pretty pleased with the room. I did not like not having a bedside table to put things on, or a lamp. The bathroom was not so great. The towels were worn, and scratchy, and we needed more. But, I would go again!

My room was dirty, hot, and contained old broken furniture. The bathtub had a ring in it. There were two half used rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom. The mirrored wall behind the beds was filthy with fingerprints. Dirty napkins littered the window bench. Cigarette burns covered the tub, sink, and desk. The desk chair was old and worn. I could not sleep there because I didn't feel safe.

The desk clerk LEE yelled at me non STOP After I rang the Bell again after waiting Ten minutes for him to return from the back room where he was looking for my paperwork shouting, you, now it will take another 30 minutes to get the printed papers. He didn’t stop yelling until I returned his volume of voice and held up my hands for him to stop. Absolutely amazing.

No television to watch
The television did not work and I called to say it did not work we were not offered another room we were told maintenance was coming to assist and maintenance never can. I felt that was poor service!

The rooms smelled like smoke the bed covers were not washed and I took them off the bed and the maid service lady got upset I took it off the bed so she can wash it. She yelled saying don't ever take off bed, even when I told her it smelled like smoke. The first room they gave me the fridge didn't work. I wish I did not stay 3 nights. I was so happy when 3rd day came so I can leave.The blow dryer in the bathroom was broken the bathroom ceiling was chipped and paint falling into the tub. There was no iron or ironing board in the room.

I didn't like anything about the property, they were rude. The room was supposed to been a nonsmoking room which is wasn't. The bed sheets had stains on them and the fitted sheets didn't even fit. The bedspread had burned holes on them. The bathroom floor and tub was dirty and we only had two small towels for 5 people. I asked numerous times for more and never got any. The pillows were old and flat. Overall the place really needs some help.

This hotel was horrible! My daughter started breaking out from dirty sheets. My tub was so nasty you could see the brown dirt in it. My bathroom toilet was filthy. I had to buy products to clean the bathroom and buy sheets for the bed. Cleaning people never changed the sheets stood and watch one clean she just remade bed and took out trash. Never got any more rags. It wasn’t even worth 170 bucks

All though the rooms are a good size after a very long drive with my kids from an evacuation. we checked in got a key and the room hadnt been clean it was nasty and it smelled horrible in the halls. Had to wait until it got clean. Was put in a smoking room when not suppose to be so it smelled terrible in the room. The rag had holes and towels had stains. Now you would think some kind of accommodation would be made but no the blanket had holes where you can see it comes from cigs. Got word we can return home so i had an extra day not needed so i asked about a refund for the one day so i could leave i was told no refunds we are not helping evacuees which was so rude. I cried because im here by myself with my children. There was no breakfast other than coffee and cereal. I understand policy but when your wrong as a company things should be made fair. Never again!

Worst Stay Ever!!! Never Again....
First of all, this was suppose to be a suite...this was not a suite. Upon checking in, we were not greeted and had to ring a buzzer for service. Then the woman had to ask how much I paid for the room and fill out some info card before I could even get keys (only gave us 1 key). When I finally got my ID back and entered the lobby, it looked like they had their whole family just chilling around and being pretty loud. That's just the check-in process. Started down the hallway and smelled smoke...entered the room, smelled smoke...even the sheets smelled of smoke. Quite a bit of smoke to be a non-smoking property. Then sitting on the counter in the room was 2 half drunk bottles of water like someone was just in the room. There were holes and stains in the sheets, holes and paint peeling off the wall, plus there was something that looked like bile on the curtains. We had just drove from Helena, AR to GA so I was too exhausted to go complain so we just dealt with it. I usually don't do reviews and I know it's long, but this was ridiculous! I expected better in GA!

Staff was unfriendly upon checking. It was as if I was bothering them. They were unclear as to whether I prepaid or not. Room was decent enough for sleeping. Breakfast consisted of fruit loops and 1 prepackaged danish. I was instructed by sign on the wall as to how much I was allowed. Felt like he didn't want my business.

Very good locality and very cordial staff. Breakfast available is basic but good. Rooms are clean and good. We just stayed for a night on our way to Orlando.

It probably could have been better stay. Housekeeper tried to come in the room on me and my kids with the do not disturb sign on the door. They watch u like you trying to steal very uncomfortable. Picture on the website don't look like that in. Person. Never would stay there again

continental breakfast consisted of 2 different cereals, prepackaged doughnuts and honey buns and lasted from 7 to 9. advertised a fitness center and there wasnt one. Also the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. A positive was the room cost.
