“Staff were excellent, the breakfast was convenient. Only complaint is the walls are very thin.”

“chose hotel because of bistro and bar got there it was closed due to lack of staff. Karen was great at taking care of our early check we were attending a mid afternoon funeral and got us checked in by noon.”

“Wow Perfect for Cornell”

“Safe, Quiet, service etc, I'm very satisfied”

“I arrived late in the evening and had to wait for someone to come to the office after ringing the bell twice. Attendant came out and checked us in, never told us where the room was or where to find the ice machine. Came back to the office to ask about location of the ice machine and rang the bell but nobody answered the doorbell. Went to the store and purchased cold drinks instead. No coffee was made in the morning and nobody was at the desk to ask. Rang the bell again and saw nothing. Not the...

“The room was clean and smelled nice. The heater/air conditioner was old and noisy. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was so-so. There were eggs and bacon, but they hadn't been refreshed in a long time. The entryway road and the parking lot were in great need of resurfacing and repair. The price was right compared to other nearby hotels for that night.”
