“Fijne plek, loopafstand van het gezellige Ullapool. Ontbijt is geweldig, personeel supervriendelijk. De kamer voldoet, beetje krap, bed was heerlijk, badkamer aan de kleine kant vooral de wastafel is zo klein dat je bijna niet fatsoenlijk je handen kunt wassen of tanden poetsen zonder een waterballet te veroorzaken. Maar mochten we terug gaan naar Ullapool zouden we toch zeker weer hier reserveren.”

We did have a dog, so maybe we had a dog friendly room, but I could name at least 3 previous dogs that had stayed just by the carpet. “I booked a room described as a 'Double or twin room with sea view'. In the notes of the booking, I requested twin beds but I was allocated a double room. The man serving me - older gentleman, white hair - would have struggled to care less. No apology, he just blamed Expedia and gave us a room with no view, which wasn't how we wanted to end our trip. There are signs everywhere telling guests what all the rules are. The hotel feels like an old people's home rather than a holiday destination. ...
