"Very disappointing stay. I stayed in Room 242 from 23 December 2025 to 26 December 2025. Throughout my entire stay, the toilet flush in the room was not functioning properly. On the first day, I went down to the ground floor reception and politely asked for the issue to be checked. The receptionist said she would take care of it. However, nothing had changed by the following day. I reported the problem again and asked whether the toilet had actually been checked, as it did not seem so. I was told that a message would be left for the person in charge. Despite this, the issue was never resolved. As a result, until the day of check-out, I had to go down to the public toilet on the ground floor every day to use the facilities. I find it unacceptable that I was assigned a room with a completely non-functioning toilet, and that no effective action was taken despite repeated and polite requests. What disappointed me most was not only the faulty room, but the lack of responsibility and follow-through in handling the situation. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel."
