“The best place to be in the centre of Ullapool- but no offers of help to the second floor with our bags - much needed. Didn’t eat in hotel as too many good places around…. Room was too hot - grateful for the fan - our room was much smaller than any others we saw .”

“I booked a room described as a 'Double or twin room with sea view'. In the notes of the booking, I requested twin beds but I was allocated a double room. The man serving me - older gentleman, white hair - would have struggled to care less. No apology, he just blamed Expedia and gave us a room with no view, which wasn't how we wanted to end our trip. There are signs everywhere telling guests what all the rules are. The hotel feels like an old people's home rather than a holiday destination. ...

“Loved the Inn!! The room smelled wonderful!! Which was a significant improvement from other properties! The twin beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and well decorated. The staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb. Also enjoyed a delicious dinner - make sure to book reservations for dinner in advance. Enjoyed hikes to the beach and to the nearby waterfall all easily accessed from the property. Will definitely visit again!!”
