"Very impressive breakfast. Rooms too hot and a couple of broken fittings. Air conditioning not very efficient/effective. Nice Sauna area. Walkable to the old town and the River."

"I stayed here while having cancer treatment at a nearby hospital. The room was probably one of the best I've ever stayed in! It was a corner bedroom with great city views! Plenty of space for a wheelchair to move around, shower stool, I could have cried with happiness when I realised we had adjustable beds! They were fantastic, just what I needed. I asked where I could buy milk at the reception desk while checking in. The lovely member of staff disappeared for 30 seconds and reappeared with a litre carton for me. Honestly, it was a great hotel, the only downside was no support bars at the toilet in the room, meant I needed help to get on/off. But still 10/10 for value, cleanliness, amenities etc. This is simply a great hotel. I have already booked for next month!"

"Lovely hotel. The best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. The bed linen was beautiful, the bed and pillows were comfortable. I would have enjoyed a room with a bath but unfortunately didn’t get it."

"Hotel is good location and nice sized rooms just the check in staff are by far the most miserable people you’ll encounter. Barely an acknowledgment or any explanation of facilities. I’m silver Marriott Bonvoy and this is not the same welcome you get across their other hotels. Check in should not feel like an inconvenience for staff when it’s not busy?"
