They definitely helped a lot to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and the view from the corner rooms were lovely. It is definitely a hotel we would consider going back to.

Perfect location. Staff were fantastic. The rooms are modern and functional. Roof top terrace and the bar are a big plus. Food near this property is amazing. Will definitely be back. One note: If it’s super hot be aware that the AC is very eco and doesn’t actually get cold… you can only decrease the temp by 3 degrees. Only an issue when it’s very very hot because the property is well insulated.

Everything in the room worked. The room was a good size, clean and had a fridge and a safe. The bed was comfortable. The room's AC worked but was limited to only a 3 degree drop in temperature. Cleaning of the room was only done every three days. The area was nice and close to U Bahn and an easy walk to the city centre.

Best hotel in Frankfurt

The "loft" style of the room was awesome!! In a quiet neighborhood but within five minute walk to the main shopping area Ziel. It's not crazy like the area near the Hauptbahnhof (main train station) but civilized and the restaurant attached to the hotel is resonable with great tasting food and great service.

Great Place in Fantastic Location

I loved The Flag. I was looking for a hotel in the West End close to where I once lived. The Flag was modern and the rooms were unique. The service was excellent and the staff was warm and welcoming. Next time I’m back in Frankfurt I will look to the Flag once again.

Everything worked except: 1- Upon arrival we were informed that there is no daily cleaning service. Only once every 3 days. This was never mentioned on the site. 2- We never got the toilet paper we requested and when we complained about it at check-out, the girl told us: “The guy that was in charge of the reception las night is new”. Other than that, great location and nice property.

My stay at The Flag West M. was everything I hoped that it would be: easy to get to from the airport after taking the S-Bahn, safe and quiet neighborhood, and conveniently located in terms of getting to the city center and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only complaint I had is that the person staying in the room next door was very loud - it sounded like they were moving furniture and stomping around late into the night. I'm not sure if it is because of thin walls or I was just unlucky.
