"Honestly have nothing bad to say! It’s was incredible. The people, the food, the cleanliness. Was better than I had hoped for!! We stayed in the preferred master suite, and it was so insane. It was such a gorgeous room.. the overall amenities and just the atmosphere of the hotel was so different from others, it was beautiful! I was a little concerned about the beach shuttle. I actually did really enjoy the drive. It was a very quick and the scenery was very nice 😊 I read comments prior to our trip about people being bothered about time shares!? We were not bothered about that once."

"Beautiful hotel with a rooftop pool and bar. They have a ground level pool as well. Rooms were comfortable and modern. The AC worked great. Underground parking for rental car. A quick drive and you are at beaches, restaurant, bars in the jungle. There is a super market across the street for anything you may need."

"Beautiful hotel, 3 swimming pools, very well located (minutes away from many restaurants/cafés/bars/delicious street vendors and centro), very kind staff who works hard to ensure your comfort. Transportation is easily accessible (taxi, collectivo and the ADO bus). The vibe is relaxed and charming. Our room was spacious enough and cozy and had a very comfortable king size bed. The Wi-Fi on the property works very well. The common space is also nice and welcoming. There's an open kitchen where everyone can prepare their own meals as they please, it is fully equipped with all the basics. Thank you so much for your efforts to ensure a very pleasant stay 😊"
