I really enjoyed my stay; the hotel is very well located—everything you need is close by, regardless of whether you're traveling for business, family, or vacation. The only confusing part is that you expect to be greeted by someone in person, but instead, you have to communicate via messages through the app; there is only a security guard on site who can't really help because they don't have the information, which is a bit awkward when you arrive tired from your trip and just want to rest. Also, there is a lot of noise—loud music from the bars and restaurants on the ground floor—so bring earplugs. The upside is that once you do manage to get in touch via message, they are quick to resolve issues.

The property itself was great. I wish the check-in process had been explained better, that staff itself was not helpful at all. Other than that my only complain is that the sofa sleeper does not work properly.

The check in was not very useful as the security was not very willing to assist. And my information had not been relayed to the door guard and they had to call to confirm my booking. The fixtures in the room were all falling out. The mirror in the bathroom was not anchored so I was not able to use it. The hook for the towels was also falling out. The storage cabinet hinges were not screwed in. There was water stains from a leak under the air-conditioning unit. The room required a good deal of maintenance that was overlooked.

Property was right where the nightlife is and. Worldcup festivities. We loved it. However, be careful with the parking situation. On the 3rd night there the main parking arm was down and the guard had to press for a ticket as our parking card was not working. He never told us we had to pay for the ticket. 3 days later we couldn’t leave the parking lot due to a $80 overdue ticket. We tried to fight it but still had to end up paying

Me gustó la.hubicacion, lo que no me agrado es que no tuve la privacidad ya que una de las ventanas no tenía cortina y lo reporte pero nunca vinieron a instalarla y el sofá cama de igual manera no servía y tampoco llegaron a verlo ... Pero eso fueron los dos detalles de ahí pues relativamente aceptable para llegar a dormir que fue para lo que lo utilice

Olía un poco a cigarro, solo que si es confuso en llegar y tardaban en respondernos. Está encima de una plaza, lo cual es bueno porque tienes opciones para comer y comprar. Lo malo, es que si hay ruido hasta tarde y se escuchas todo. Fuera de todo el lugar bien.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo, instalaciónes en buen estado, limpias. Recomendación, fumigar ya que algún insecto me pico y me lleno de roncha sy mucha comezón, buscar algo que elimine el olor al drenaje ya que si olía mal. Al ingresar si tardamos más de un ahora ya que no había nadie en recepción y los guardias de afuera no sabían dar razón. Pero también llegamos ya como. Alas 11:30 En los bares que están en la plaza un ambientazo que se pone super para quien le gusta.

Aunque el departamento está bonito y limpio, huele muy mal a caño y las camas se me hicieron duras, y creo que pueden mejorar en la limpieza de las sábanas, olían rarito, fuera de eso esta funcional, lo que si me molesto mucho fue el guardia que nos recibió, pésimo servicio

No es Hotel como lo indica la aplicación, son departamentos, no hay recepción, solo un guardia que no sabía nada, es difícil encontrar el acceso no hay señalización, y tuve que contactar por teléfono para que me dieran instrucciones de como entrar al edificio y al departamento. El departamento muy bien, el único detalle es que está dentro de una plaza comercial y toda la noche entra algo de luz porque las cortinas están cortas a las orillas.

Fue muy dificultoso acceder a la propiedad, el link donde vienen las instrucciones estaba incorrecto, pero encontré el teléfono y llamé y me resolvieron rápido. Todo muy bien, algo ruidoso en las noches por los bares de abajo. Hay muchas cosas justo abajo, se pueden cumplir todas las necesidades. En general muy bien
