Hotel needs some improvements in their rooms: Paint, shower faucets, etc. The maid service is corteus but a bit loud while performing their duties.The only two elevators they have, are used all the time by guests and by people working at the hotel and that makes them slow and crowded. The hotel is conveniently located. Beds and pillows are comfortable.

We went for Valentine's Day and my husband had called them before we arrived asking if they can set up a floral arrangement for our arrival as a surprise. And they set up such a beautiful arrangement with candles that had my name and balloons all over the room it was amazing and i was so surprised and itvwas so nice that they did that. Or room was cool tool. We had a suite so all the walls were windows and you can see the nightly skylight so pretty. It does get hot during the however if you leave them up just a heads up. Accross the street theres a bunch of restaurants. They all closed early on sunday nigt which we though was wierd too. Pretty centrally located. Most our uber rides were all 5 to mins mins.

Nice hotel, clean, very safe, good value, lovely bed and bedding, great reception staff. Negatives were only regarding housekeeping. Only one washcloth and one hand towel in bathroom for a room with 2 beds.....and we were 2 guests. Housekeeping came in to clean room and then the bathroom had one washcloth and no hand towels. The coffee maker was not cleaned, the trash was not removed, nor was the floor vacuumed. No trash can liners in trash cans which seems unsanitary.
