Hotel is super close to a popular area of Tlaquepaque. Property is clean and safe. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Room was very nice, comfortable with little to no noise pollution.

We love this hotel. We’ve been staying at Hotel Dex since it opened a few years ago. It’s perfectly located, the staff is attentive and amazing. We won’t stay anywhere else.

Place was clean. Overall relaxing stay. Staff was also very attentive. When we were out on the roof top patio somebody had even offered to pull out the whole shade for specifically for us. The only thing was that they had stated the breakfast was complimentary but I had to pay extra on Expedia for the breakfast…

Lovely hotel. My son enjoyed the pool. We got 2 free drink tickets with our stay. The passion fruit mojito was beyond amazing. If you have a choice the room viewing the pool is nicer than the one viewing the street. The only downside was the water for the shower never got very hot. I would definitely stay here again. Very close to some great restaurants and street art.

The breakfast was coffee, fruit with granola and yogurt, and a breakfast turnover, when it was avaliable. The hotel was very near to the action, although quiet, for the most part. The check in was a little slow but the staff were very good, helping us to the elevator and our room. We'd stay there again.

Amazing Boutique Hotel Great service and clean rooms. Bar is well stocked and good breakfast too. Perfect location to walk around on the main walking corridor of Tlaquepaque.

We stayed 1 week @ Hotel Dex . Rooms were great, the property was very nice & clean. Location was perfect walking thru the beautiful city. Ana & Fernanda from reception were great, very helpful and informative. Carlos , Marco & Jose Juan were great at the bar ! Always catering to our tastes in drinks & music. Overall great experience! This is our second time staying at this hotel and if I could give it over 5 stars I would. For starters, we got the biggest room they had which is the only room on the 3rd floor which is a plus. The rooms are always clean, which is a must, but their staff is the best of any hotel. We ended up getting sick and the staff were so attentive and helpful at all times. I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking to stay in Guadalajara.

The hotel staff are very welcoming. They treat you with respect and kindness. Our flight got delay for 6 hrs, they let us keep our luggage and use their facilities while we waited for our flight. I will definitely recommend this place.
