엔틱하고 편안한 호텔
모던함과 편안함을 찾는다면 별로지만 엔틱함이 좋다면 이만한 호텔은 없습니다. 과달라하라 갈때마다 묵는 숙소입니다. 위치도 너무 좋고 호텔도 깔끔하고 좋습니다. 아쉬운 점은 예전에는 근처 gym 1일 이용권을 줬는데 이젠 안준다네요. 그것만 빼면 완벽했어요

너무 이쁘고 편안한 호텔!
너무너무 마음에 들었던 숙소중 하나입니다. 방 하나하나 너무 매력적으로 꾸며놔서 박물관에 온 기분이였습니다. 어느 한곳 지적할수 없을정도로 예뻣습니다. 정원에서 조식은 너무나 기분이 좋았습니다. 간단한 조식이지만 알찼고 직원들 모두 친절했습니다. 다시한번 묵고싶은 숙소에요! 너무나 추천합니다

This is a charming boutique hotel with friendly and helpful service in an ideal location. The area is full of excellent restaurants, cafes and notable architecture, all within easy walking distance. Yet, the hotel is far enough away from the loud bars and clubs to remain quiet and peaceful. It’s a quick Uber ride to Zona Centro, which is about 2 miles east. The period Spanish building is tastefully furnished and exudes old world charm.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Ganz in Guadalajara and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the beauty of the location - the hotel is situated in a charming, tree-lined neighborhood that feels like a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. But what really sets Villa Ganz apart is the exceptional staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful touches throughout my stay, I felt truly taken care of by the friendly and attentive team. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home, and it's clear that they take pride in creating a warm and welcoming environment for their guests. Armando, Christopher and the whole team were amazing. Speaking of feeling at home, that's exactly how I felt during my stay at Villa Ganz. The boutique hotel has a cozy and intimate feel, with comfortable furnishings and tasteful decor that make you feel like you're staying in a luxurious private residence. Whether I was lounging in my room, enjoying a meal in the elegant dining are, or simply relaxing in the courtyard garden, I always felt at ease and relaxed. Overall, I can't recommend Villa Ganz enough. If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful retreat in Guadalajara with friendly staff and a home-away-from-home vibe, this is the place for you. Five stars!

Booked here last minute based on reviews. Gorgeous property in convenient location. Wonderful staff. Many restaurants nearby to walk to. Loved the grounds. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Villa Ganz was excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location—especially the garden—is heavenly. Our room was on the first floor with a small private garden. I thought there might be noise from local bars but at night the room was exceptionally peaceful. The whole place makes for an elegant stay.

The location was perfect for us. It was close to a wide variety of restaurants and nightlife options. The hacienda design and the beautiful courtyard were special parts of our experience at the Villa Ganz. Most importantly, we appreciated the attentiveness and warmth of the staff. We were well taken care of!

Lovely oasis
We were only there for one night but we loved the aesthetic and cleanliness. It truly felt like an oasis in the bustling city. The only bummer was that we were charged for breakfast and early checkin even though the rooms were clearly ready. Most properties of this level, in my experience, do not charge (especially for breakfast).

My wife and I were very impressed with Villa Ganz. The property is beautiful in a wonderful old Mexico style. It truly feels like a sanctuary. The staff is just amazing, and Doña Sally is the most gracious owner we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They all went way out of their way to make a stay feel like a home away from home. Sally even made reservations for us at a Hacienda in Lagos de Moreno and even sent us a gift while we were there. Just a magical stay! Can't wait to come back.

Excellent service. Room was nice but only a light shaft and no window which was disappointing. No real food options onsite unless planned in advance.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The owner invited us to sit down and enjoy a tequila tasting and shared some local insights. The rooms were spotless and the hotel was peaceful. Hoping to return again soon.

Cute boutique hotel!
The rooms are all unique and cute and the staff is very nice. The location is great, tons of walkable restaurants in the neighborhood and a short Uber ride to historic sites. The mattress and pillows are very uncomfortable though, those could use an update. Everything else was nice! There’s a cat that lives on the premises and while he doesn’t bother anyone, he’s happy to receive pets if you go up to him, handsome Bubba! They don’t allow him in the rooms, so no allergy worries.

El día que llegué yo había reservado para una master suite, y cuando la mostraron era un cuarto refundido en lo mas recondito y funebre del lugar, definitivamente les dije que no podia estar ahi; me cabiaron a una suite, sin revisar que el contenedor de shampoo, acondiciandor y jabon de cuerpo estaban vacíos. por lo que cuando fueron a llenarlos (ya que son contenedores ) todos fueron llenados con el mismo contenido sin diferenciar entre shampoo, acondicionador y jabón...

Wow! This is the most special boutique hotel I’ve ever been too. The lush garden, gracious staff, excellent concierge, beautiful rooms & incredible food, you really can’t go wrong staying here. This Boutique hotel has been such an amazing choice. I couldn’t be happier with my stay. Staff truly makes you feel like home. Some rooms are a little updated and need small cosmetic changes like painting and flooring but overall I will come back again!

Room 13- Dingy, Dirty, Dusty. Staff was great. The staff was a big plus, so I was surprised when the owner talked down to an employee (while we were having breakfast), so tacky. Food was good., location was good.

We stayed in a room that was told by staff renovated. We had no phone in room to contact room service or any other amenities. But the staff were very generous and helpful with our needs. At night it rains but during day is nice and warm. The property was empty didn’t see to much guest felt like we had our place to ourselves.

First off, the property at Villa Ganz was stunning. Our group could've easily spent our entire trip just lounging in the garden area. Above all, the service really makes this stay top-notch. Armando, Paulina, Christopher, and the rest of the team really made our stay one that we will not soon forget. Definitely recommend!

This 1930’s Villa Ganz Boutique Hotel is a must stay for anyone traveling through Guadalajara. Each room is decorated differently. I felt like I was home. I would definitely come back to this Hotel. The staff members were friendly and so helpful with information on where to go and in arranging transportation around different sites and to the airport. Breakfast was really good. A quite and safe place. Nice and comfortable rooms. My family and I, enjoyed our stay here. It was such a great experience.
