We only spent a few hours at the hotel prior to a 3:00 am shuttle to the airport. Staff provided coffee, fruit and yogurt at that early hour which was very helpful. Also very helpful to have an English speaking staff member. Still working on our Spanish😉.

The courtesy shuttle was patiently waiting for me at the airport, just as promised. The driver, Gabriel, was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was full-optioned, filling, and delicious. The front desk night clerk, Beatriz, was very helpful and cheerful. This hotel has all the conveniences one would need, including a room safe.

Perfect when you have a flight to catch.
This was just an overnight stop because it’s close to the airport. I have stayed at 4 or 5 hotels close to the León Mexico airport (so I don’t have to drive in the middle of the night). This was the best so far. 24 hour restaurant, which I did not try, but at least I had the option, the airport shuttle is included and runs every 30 minutes. Which is far better than 1 an hour; always getting me to the airport way too early. Friendly front desk person checked me in; I’ve stayed at another hotel close by in which you have to check yourself in - even though the person is just standing there behind the desk. The room was clean.

Very hospitable staff. Their shuttle picked us up at the airport at 1:30 am after a very long day of travel! Bed was incredibly comfortable.

We arrived at the airport and called the hotel for shuttle pickup, and they arrived immediately. Once arrived at the property we were welcomed by the front staff and the driver offer to take our luggage to our room. Excellent customer service. Also, the breakfast was good. We arrived at night and had a chance to order from the restaurant onsite, food was good and staff was very efficient. Overall, would definetely stay here again.
