Worst hotel stay ever!! Very bad misrepresentation of their property completely FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! This property does not meet the high standards of booking through Expedia that I have always been accustomed to.

If youre considering taking a rental car do not take this hotel its really hard to get to it. Hills kind of steep and obviously (callejones) meaning street its going to be really narrow. So you mught damage the car. We saw it happen while we were there. The only good thing abiut this hotel was the view of the city. Some taxis wont go all the way up so if you have big luggage good luck carrying it up the hills lol. I say just get a hotel thats more accessible and closer to downtown.

Being handicapped and was forcced (with help) up 4 flights of stairs, no railing in shower for safty reasons, road to property is horrendous and very ticht dirt road, they failed to mention this is not a disabled friendly (or to any code) for the majority of disabled folks, was promissed a wonderland VIP (condo) and although the view was nice thats ALLthis motel offered, VERY FAR FROM ANYTHING! Rules on when you can arrive and leave, and there were no utensils (even plastic) as this was marketed as a fully furnished unit. NO AC and unit has a hot musky/ Moldy scent due to the lack of ventilation, felt like we got the bait and switch as we were tranfered to a crappier moted that was infested with mosquitoes (thats normal if the hotes has screens) but the quarter size sewer roaches and sewer rates running all over the front of the property made us feel as if this place is disease prone. We ended up with roches and mosquitoes daily but the 16 onch rat was our clue to just throw the towl in. We tried to cancel an we paid for a VIP room and the only thing we were offered was a transfer to a varment infested moted that was 5 times cheaper and no refund for the difference. We were also screwed on parkingg payinf almost 30 dlls a day because parking thete is not a thing. Looking to report to Guanaguato's board of tuorism as this is not acceptable coniitions for humans and will probability end up with a disease infested virus that can easly be transferred by rats ir mosquitoes. SAD

This is at the very top of hill. Using the gps to get to this location will not do good because does not work. With un 7 minutes walk you can be at the downtown goi g down but to get back give your self at least 20 minutes and many rest stops.

Check in was a nightmare. We sent a sales representative to the hotel and the reservation was paid by the director of the company. We had to talk by phone up to 3 times, send multiple whatsapps and copies of the card and personal information of the company`s director.

Bait and switch. Booked the Lu dry room with the view instead they placed us in an inferior smaller room without the view. Front desk was super nice but didn’t solve anything. They asked for extra cash if we wanted the room in the photos.

Nos tocó la mala suerte de una habitación con vista a una pared. No veíamos nada de calle ni nada. Es muy complicado llegar en carro manejando si no tienes muchísimas habilidades de conducción debido a lo estrechas y pequeñas que son las calles para llegar. El internet no llega a la habitación ni tampoco funcionaba la TV. Fuera de eso, el personal muy atento 24/7, limpio y todo perfecto

L’hôtel applique une politique zéro alcool et il est donc interdit de posséder ou consommer d’alcool dans votre chambre privative!!! Nous avons refusé cette règle car elle était pas indiquée ni disponible dans l’application expedia. Nous avons contacté Expedia et sommes partis! Le personnel nous a informé qu’ils autorisaient la cancellation avec remboursement mais que cela devait être traité par un autre département le lundi. L’hôtel a par la suite refusé le remboursement et nous avons donc du payer l’hôtel non utilisé plus un autre hotel de remplacement. Il est pas non plus indiqué que le chemin pour arriver à l’hôtel en voiture est très difficile et non sécuritaire! Il est aussi indiqué que c’est une entrée sans escaliers mais seul le lobby est sans escalier, il faut prendre des escaliers pour se rendre aux chambres! Plusieurs informations manquantes ou fausses! Je ne suis pas difficile sur les hébergements mais sincèrement ceux-ci ont étés malhonnêtes envers nous!
