“Good points - Clean lobby - Spacious room - Clean bed/ bed sheets/ pillows - Kind employees Regretful points - Receptionists don’t speak English well so it might be difficult to communicate without a local person’s help. - Apparently, smoking is available in all rooms. It smells a bit cigarette. So it might be unpleasant for non-smokers. - Soggy cornflakes (breakfast) ”

“Apartment location was away from main resort area, had to arrange for shuttle when going for breakfast and hot spring. Had enjoyed the hot spring facilities though not all 33 types were available then. Door lock to balcony was faulty. No fridge and no safe. Resort doesn't arrange airport shuttle.”

“I just stayed for 1 night for a transit. The room was quite good but the staffs at the reception could not speak in English. Please note there is nothing to do around this hotel as same as hotels near airport.”
