“It was the staff that made this stay outstanding. From the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out. Our housekeeper (didn’t catch her name) was there from morning to late and always had a lovely kind smile that made us feel at home. The front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating to add an extra night on for us without having us move rooms. There’s too much great things to say. Will definitely use this collection in the future.”

“Staying at James Joyce Coffetel Beijing Road Branch for my business trip was an excellent experience. It is conveniently located close to the metro station. The quiet lobby is ideal for short work sessions, and the complimentary coffee really boosts my mood. The guest rooms are clean and cozy with complete facilities. The 24-hour front desk offers prompt, professional and thoughtful service. It delivers great value for business travelers, and I will book this hotel again for my next business...

“My partner and I loved everything about this place. Best location with many nice restaurants and shopping centres around if you are travelling, and every single staff we met was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The mattress was just perfect and we had such a wonderful sleep.”
