"Beautifully renovated, very clean, spacious room, comfortable beds, free use of washing machines and dryers, good, cheap massage service, good Chinese breakfast buffet, lovely staff (may need to use Google Translate if your Chinese is not fluent but they do try to speak and understand English). Beautiful historic area to walk around. "

"The hotel is in a great location very close to the metro station. The staff are very friendly and helpful but only one that we dealt with really spoke English so make sure you have a translation app on your phone. With a bit of effort on both sides everything was fine. The rooms are much nicer than we expected for the price and very clean. They are on the small side though. Would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"在hotels.com即晚訂房，晚上10pm到了酒店不能checkin, 查詢等候45分鐘也沒有回應。職員相信並没有直接和hotels.com簽訂任何協議，只是買單訂房。 在别無选擇下，打長途电话到hotels.com求肋，Eva接聽，只說英語，無法和酒店員工通話。只能承諾bills department 白天查詢，盡量不charge credit card. Eva 承諾賠償IDD 費用，$50, 收线。 酒店職員最後要求直接入住，不經HOTELS.COM, 入房时11:34. 當晚用英文email作出投訴，11/29 09:40 收到 cspcustcare-ct-hk-x-htll@hotels.com回复。。。。。"我們只處理中文電子郵件，因此無法解決您的問題" 本案將被關閉。 Can you provide any complain channel? Can you accept above reply from your HK or GZ office?"
