I would also like to make special mention of Raven from the concierge team. She is a true gem, a sincere and genuine person, always willing to assist her guests, and nothing ever feels like a burden to her. And lastly, I would also like to highlight an incident that both my husband and I witnessed, where one guest verbally abused and degraded two male concierge staff members on Thursday, 8 January, at around 1:45 pm. Your staff remained professionally patient at all times and did their utmost to calm the guest, even while being shouted at. They did not argue or retaliate, but instead absorbed the situation with dignity to protect the hotel’s brand and reputation. Such courage, restraint, and professionalism should be recognised and acknowledged. It left a deep impression on us and further reinforced our respect and admiration for your team. Thank you once again for upholding such high standards of service and conduct."
