객실은 좋으나 식당이 아쉬움
호텔내부와 직원분들이 친절했으나 딤섬 식사가 별로였고 식당 종업원들의 업무 숙련도가 부족해 보였어요. 그리고 호텔 앞에서 공사중이라 매일 밤 시끄러웠도 심지어 새벽 1시에 도로 굴착 소리가 났습니다. 공사가 언제까지 일지 모르겠지만 이부분 감안 하셔서 예약하시면 좋을듯 해요.

3층에 위치한 일본식 해산물 뷔페에서 저녁 식사와 화이트 와인을 즐길수 있었음(별도 요금) 2층 아침 식사 종류도 많고 맛도 좋음 시내에 위한한 호텔로 도보 5분거리에 天环 天河城 太古汇등 쇼핑이 편리함 시내 호텔로 가족 단위의 중국 손님이 상대적으로 많은 편임.

쉐라톤은~일단 전반적인청결도가높구요~친절하고~주변에 백화점 스타벅스등 지내기편해요~교통등여러면에서 이정도면가성비 훌륭하다생각됩니다.

지하철역이 가까워 시내 이동이 편리하였으며 AEON과 연결되어 있어 물 등 간단한 물건을 살 수 있었음 스탭들도 영어를 어느 정도 구사하고 매우 친절하였으며 특히 체그아웃 후에도 수영장 및 사우나 이용을 가능하게 해주어서 좋았음 조식은 아주 훌륭하지는 않지만 먹을만 했음

접근성 좋은 호텔 + 좋은 수영장 시설
수영장 시설이 좋아요. 유아풀, 성인풀, 웜풀 나누어져 있어 아이와 함께 물놀이 하기 좋았습니다. 또한 지하철역에서 도보로 3분이 채 걸리지 않는 접근성 및 호텔 1층 로비와 연결된 쇼핑센터 덕분에 식사를 해결하기도 좋았어요. 모든 직원이 영어 대화가 되지는 않으나, 의사소통이 되지 않으면 바로바로 영어가 가능한 직원을 불러줘서 무리 없이 지내다 왔습니다.

멋진 건물외관에서부터, Tianhe 도로의 접근성 좋은 위치와, 지하철역에서도 가까워 비지니스는 물론 관광시 이용하기에 좋은 호텔이다. 쾌적한 객실과, 따뜻한 분위기로 2월중순의 보슬비가 흩날리는 날씨에도 아늑한 분위기를 가질 수 있었다. 단, 단점이라하면, 아침 조식으로 객실로 주문한 일식메뉴가 입맛에 맞지 않았다는 것...

The staffs are friendly. The location is ultra convenient which is on top of the metro station Ti Yu Xi Lu and next to shopping mall. From Baiyun Airport to the hotel, take metro line No.3 and exit from Ti Yu Xi Lu Exit D. There are many restaurants around the hotel too. I stayed there once more than 10 years ago and it still looks pretty much the same as the rooms were renovated in Dec 22 according to Expedia.
