The hotel is alright, it’s clean, the breakfast is good. Vehicle noise goes all night so if your a light sleeper it will bother you. It’s close to the airport. Ubers are only $5.00 for 4 people from airport, the hotel shuttle is $40.00 for 4 people, Shuttle is only free during certain hours.

The suites are very nice. Traffic noise can be loud. Some hallways just got new carpeting. The breakfasts are good. The free shuttle is only free a few hours a day then it’s $10.00 per person. Uber is better.

As with anything in Guatemala, things may go wrong periodically, but when things went wrong they were quickly resolved. I am overjoyed by the staff, and everyone treated me with kindness and respect even though I barely spoke the language.
