โThe hotel was very convenient. Right by the train station and in walking distance to everything. The vaporetto is right outside and the bus station is just 10min away. We were there for 3 nights and the breakfast was included and very good. Water was available for us in the room. The only complaint is the noise from the street below. โEvery single staff member, particularly the lady at the front who also prepares breakfast every morning, was beyond AMAZING! They made my very first trip in Italy one and only and unforgettable. And I would happily leave five stars on breakfast; pastries, croissants, protein, fruits, and lovely cappuccino she makes for us were all so so good! I am so glad I decided to stay at this wonderful hotel and will definitely come back here next time visiting Venice again!!โ
โThe service was excellent and the staff were very kind. The breakfast was truly wonderful. The only downside was the lack of transportation provided by the hotel โ we had to either walk or take a public boat to get to St. Markโs Square, which was quite far and tiring. However, the hotel itself was very nice.โ
