“Everything was perfect. Will be returning. Wonderful”

“Me gustó la situación , céntrico . Creo que la limpieza debe mejorar . Precio estaba bien.”

“The hotel was nice, modern and the pool, restaurants and bars are pretty good. Entertainment staff worked hard, as do the housekeeping staff, good variety of food and drinks. There seems to be a lack of toilets though... for either of the pools, Breeze bar or Pala Santo restaurant, you need to go into the hotel itself and there is one set of toilets for the entire downstairs area, day and night.”

“Very relaxing place with a lot to enjoy! ”

“alles gut”

“I experienced multiple issues during my stay, including poor hygiene (water leaking from the bathroom ceiling with visible mould, and an insect found in food), excessive noise from unannounced maintenance work, and very inconsistent customer service. I was moved to a lower-category room than booked and had to unpack and repack my luggage multiple times due to unclear communication. Despite these issues being caused by the hotel, there was no clear apology or confirmed compensation. As a result,...

“Room was good, junior suite had added bonus of sun loungers on the balcony. Lunch was generally best meal of day, breakfast ok, but evening meals seemed a bit poorer as per other comments. That said, we always found something to eat and never left hungry.”

“A lovely stay. Bungalow 1063 is really nice. I marked it down a little as the terrace door wouldn't lock and the main light in the living area flickered a lot. I did report these faults. I was told someone would be round to fix them within 20 mins. After an hour I rang reception to chase this up and then 5 mins later someone came to fix the issues. Beautiful sunrises from the terrace! Very spacious bungalow. I slept very well. Staff at reception were okay. I don't feel they went out their way to...

“Independent resort apart from city facilities. Good for family”

“It was okay. Reception stuff were friendly.”
