"The place was ok, is big resort only 3 restaurants good food in the restaurant, small buffet not too much variety of food. Front desk were not helpful at all. We got 2 full beds instead of Queen bed when we complained the tell us we have to wait till next day and then check out by 12 and then we can get the write room at 3:00 . What an hassle. Finely next day they upgrade the room and we get happy."

"Our experience at this resort was nothing short of amazing. The entire property was spotless every space felt fresh, well kept, and cared for. The staff was unbelievably friendly, welcoming us with genuine warmth from the moment we arrived. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made the whole stay feel effortless. The service was truly spectacular. Every interaction felt thoughtful, and the team consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. And the food… absolutely delicious. Every meal was full of flavor, beautifully prepared, and a highlight of our trip. We left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already excited to come back."

"Very disappointing experience at Riu Cancun Adults Only. The staff was rude, lazy, and unprofessional throughout our stay. Service was extremely slow everywhere — both in the restaurants and at the bars. It often felt like employees simply didn’t care about guests or providing good service. For an adults-only resort that promises a premium experience, the service quality was far below expectations. Definitely not the level of hospitality we expected"

"My stay at AVA Resort Cancun was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the resort's beautiful design, modern amenities, and welcoming atmosphere. The property is stunning, the rooms are spacious and immaculate, and every detail reflects a commitment to luxury and guest satisfaction. The dining options were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food and exceptional service. Whether at breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal exceeded expectations. The pools, entertainment, and overall facilities were equally impressive, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment of the vacation. What truly made this stay special was the incredible staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to help, creating a memorable experience from start to finish. I would especially like to recognize bartenders Kax and Senerias. Their outstanding service, positive energy, and attention to detail made a huge difference during our stay. They consistently prepared excellent drinks, remembered our preferences, and always greeted us with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made every visit to the bar enjoyable and memorable.
