Great hotel, sat right on the beach. All the staff were very polite & did their job very well. Excellent food, it's a great place to eat or drink on the beach When we come back to Koi Samui, we will book this hotel again

Just a quick overnighter due to excellent location next to pier for Koh Phangan ferry. Did not try bar or restaurant but Yan (manager ?) was very helpful. Room good size & clean. Great location on the water & near facilities.

Perhaps I shouldn’t have come in with super high expectations since it’s a 3 star but the pictures really looked so nice. My room had peeling walllpaper, and two stains on the sheets that looked like shoe prints or skid marks or something. They weren’t massive but they were black/dark gray and visible once you looked closely. Definitely didn’t inspire a clean bed vibe.

Great for the price. Stunning location.
We were thrilled with a beach view room literally 5 steps and we were on the beach, 5 more and we were in the sea. Beautiful location. Room was very clean and staff very friendly/helpful. Food was generic and a little over priced, including breakfast so we ate out after the first day. Saying that, the room itself was really reasonably priced.

Staff friendliness, well run, clean , position for all amenities, good food with plenty of choice, excellent value for money. Ideal for backpackers and singles.

Excellent accommodations! Gorgeous setting right on the beach. Attentive and pleasant wait staff. Great food. Easy transport to airport and ferry. A ten!

Comfortable and Convenient to Ferry and Airport
I often stay at Samui Pier Resort, for convenience and it's such good value, on the beach, with pool and restaurant. The rooms are comfortable. Very convenient to airport and the ferry piers. If you are going to Haad Rin, Kophangan Island, the pier is right next door.

Souriant mais des lacunes...
Site un peu étriqué entre deux pontons et les avions qui passent au dessus de nos têtes... sur les photos tous parait plus grand que le réalité. Toute. Onsommation au bar ou au restaurant doivent être payées comptant et non mises sur le numero de la chambre. Pas de pression pour la douche qui etait d'ailleurs bouchée. Cuisine très ordinaire voire médiocre et chère.

Agressivité et mauvais accueil au Samui Pier Beach
Nous sommes arrivés à l’aéroport de Kho Samui le 22 janvier et n’avons jamais vu le taxi réservé auprès de l’hôtel . Nous les avons contactés et avons eu leur confirmation concernant ce transfert. Nous avons du Du nous débrouiller par nos propres moyens après plus d’une heure d’attente ! Enfin arrivés, nous avons été très mal reçus ! D’autre part le jour de notre départ, le jeudi 25 janvier, la réceptionniste nous a empêché de prendre notre taxi pour l’aéroport au prétexte qu’il y avait une petite tache de sang sur les draps et qu’il fallait payé le pressing. Cette dame s’est comporté de manière particulièrement agressive et te révérencieuse... nous menaçant, faisant débarquer nos valises... Tout cela devant tout le monde. Nous avons été obligé de lui payé 500 baths pour qu’elle accepte de nous laisse partir au risque de rater notre vol. Dès la sortie de notre chambre, 2 personnes étaient déjà présentes pour vérifier s’il n’y avait pas d’autres tâches! Je vous laisse imaginer la gêne!! Je vous demande de votre bien vouloir intervenir auprès d’eux pour ce comportement totalement inacceptable et ces menaces psychologiques. Nous vous serions gré de leur demander une compensation financière pour ces désagréments ainsi que le remboursement du « dit » pressing!! Tout cela me semble un peu disproportionné!

Staff was friendly but defiantly a language barrier. I couldn't ask many questions. I was a little worried because there were kids running around without parental supervisor and and now idea where there rooms were for hours

Für 1-2 Nächte ok, für mehr nicht empfehlenswert
Das kleine Resort liegt nahe des Bankrak Piers und des Flughafens. Daher haben wir uns dafür entschieden. Es liegt aber leider auch an einer viel befahrenen und sehr lauten Straße. Der Hotelstrand ist zwischen 2 Piers gelegen, an denen täglich mehrere mittelgroße Schiffe ankommen. Zusätzlich stehen dort mehrere Hotel-eigene Jetskis und Speedboote. Wer sich Ruhe und Einsamkeit am Strand sucht ist hier falsch aufgehoben und muss tagsüber einfach die Lacation wechseln. Die Zimmer sind gut, jedoch einfach, ausgestattet, (die meisten) schön gelegen (wir hatten ein Upgrade auf ein Beachfront-Zimmer im 1. Stock) und sauber. Das Personal...naja, eigentlich sind alle sehr freundlich, jedoch kam es uns das erste Mal in Thailand so vor, als ob die Freundlichkeit eher gespielt ist und das ständige "How are you?" der amerikanischen Floskel entspricht. Was mich außerdem etwas verwundert hat, war ein Mitarbeiter, der ständig vor dem Resort als eine Art Türsteher fungiert hat. Wie auch schon in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben ist die Atmosphäre in diesem Resort echt nicht vorhanden. Keine Herzlichkeit, wie wir es aus anderen Hotels gewohnt waren. Das Essen im Resort war gut und im durchschnittlichen Preissegment. Was uns aber ganz und gar aufgestoßen ist war die automatisch mit in die Rechnung inkludierte "Service Charge" von 10%. Fazit: Für ein bis 2 Nächte zur Überbrückung ok, für einen gesamten Urlaub jedoch nicht zu empfehlen.

Great view and friendly staff
Great view and most of the staff very friendly. Hotel located actually at the beach! Only negative thing to mention was new years eve's beach bar near the hotel that disturbed our sleep every other night about 10p.m-1a.m. This was unfortunately a thing that hotel was unable to have an impact on. Hammocs, nice little pool area and beach chairs - who could ask for more? Great relaxing week, just in peace and quiet. Loved it!

Lovely resort
Really loved the tranquility of this place and the resort grounds, very beautiful, on a down side I couldn't sleep at all for my two nights stay as the air con and the fridge are very noisy , I would definitely stay here again

Næsten ingen vand i bruseren, og afløbet var blokket til af hår, så det hele virkede lidt klamt. Morgen buffeen var til at leve med, men temmelig kedelig. Ellers et dejligt sted at slappe af, når man ikke lige skulle i bad

Would love to have stayed longer
We picked staying here as we were going to the full moon party and didn't want to pay inflated prices with minimum required stay. It's a great option to be close to the party without being in the middle of it. The hotel is great and relaxing - there's hammocks, swings, sitting areas all outside to enjoy the beach view while relaxing. We didn't go into the ocean but enjoyed the pool everyday. There are some good restaurants in the area including the hotel but that's about it - fishermen's village is a 10min cab ride away. The hotel staff were great in recommending things to see, getting us cheap cabs, booking the speedboat for full moon. we wish we had longer to relax here and enjoy the island. The hotel is only a 10min drive from the airport so be careful when you get a cab to the hotel - airport cabs charged us 600 baht which was way overpriced. The hotel charged us 400 baht for 5 people which was at least more reasonable.

Not a bad hotel but not a beach front. Had to take a taxi to go to a nicer beach. Neighbourhood seems sketchy especially at night. The hotel was nice and clean.

Der Blick aus den Zimmer aufs Meer ist wirklich wunderschön. Auch der Restaurantbereich ist sehr gepflegt bietet wirklich eine sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer und sehr gemütliche Liege- / Sitzplätze für zwei. Das Personal zum "hereinlocken" neuer Gäste fürs Restaurant war wirklich sehr freundlich. Auch Sprach das Personal sehr gut Englisch. Das Essen im Restaurant war für Thaiverhältnisse sehr teuer. An sich war der Aufenthalt im Hotel gut. Trotzdem würden wir dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen. Es kam bei uns keine gute Atmosphäre im Hotel auf. In sämtlichen anderen Hotels unseres Urlaubs (4) fühlten wir uns besser Aufgehoben.

Descent, not great.
Ok location in the city, great for sea view. Not the best beach, but they hav made the most of it. Planes go over, but nothing to bad. Good size room and bathroom, nothing special, but nice and clean. Good location for the pier if you're taking the ferry to another Island. I'm considering staying again for my last nights before flying, so I guess that means I'm satisfied :)

Ett bra mellan klass resort, trevlig personal och bra service. Det som blir minus är att tyvärr är det det enda stället som det var strul med bokningen. De visste inte om att vi skulle komma, och vi fick betala igen för rummet, som vi skulle kontakta hotels.com, om att få tillbaka pengar i efterhand.

Hotell i en båthamn, under flygplatsen
Jag och mina syskon behövde åka till Koh samui för att besöka sjukhuset. Vi bestämde oss för att bo på detta hotell då området var "Koh samuis pärla" och hotellet såg lyxigt ut. Det skulle bli det dyraste stället vi stannade på men det kände vi att vi var värda. Det visade att hotellet ligger inklämt mellan vägen och vattnet, vilket låter fantastiskt om det inte var så att det var en båthamn. Vattnet var väldigt smutsigt och det flöt omkring skräp. Att det ligger nära flygplatsen förstod vi när första planet skulle landa och det kändes som att vi kunde ta på det. Annars en mysig resort med en pytteliten pool. Bara för deprimerande område.
