The Island Royale is a great condo. We loved the property and cleanliness and security. And covered parking. Pool and short walk to beach tooo. Also loved the fact it was walking distance to restaurants, bars and coffee shops.
A couple of small things for the unit we were in. Curtain rods were not secure on two of the windows. The spare bedroom could use better room darkening shades or curtains and the outside hallway light shines in and the other spare bedroom had some mold on the ceiling in one corner. Also the washer machine was a bit unstable and loud at times.
All in all we enjoyed the stay. And would consider staying again.
