Expected more.

The property wasnt at all what i was hoping for. Definitely nice distance from the beach. Property itself was the let down. The property slept 10, but not everyone was able to set together in the common area. Even the pulloutbed had springs missing.Even the decks had insufficient seating, great if you was wanting to set by yourself and enjoy the view but again poorly supplied.The floor was questionable couldn't tell if it was dirty, dingy or thats the way it was made. Every room had broken and cracked tiles in the floor, we wore shoes the whole time inside. The kitchen was poorly supplied wasnt able to cook due to lack of pans or any cooking utensils. The two pan we had only one was able to be used because the Teflon was flaking and peeling off the other. The only spatula was a metal one for outside use. Diswasher was new but rollers had been melted in the heating element before we got there ,made for an annoying time loading it. There are forks, spoons, knives, glasses and plates. The refrigerator is great.The grill outside seemed like it had be bought by the tenants before us. There was another grill outside, by the pool that is out of service, that had not been taking care of or any way to clean unless you bought your own cleaning tools. The lower deck has broken boards and an open hole that is easy to step in, not fun when have to watch out for safety of children. The bed in the master bedroom, i have slept in cheaper hotels with better beds, no dresser in master bedroom

The property had broken boards along the walkway. This was unsafe for everyone. The patio furniture had broken arm rails! The back yard pool was not in use and this was inconvenient. The couch was stained and dirty. The only positive was the place was clean in the sleeping areas with clean bed linens and plenty of towels were provided for our use.
