“We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Lodge Traverse condo. The pet-friendly setup and free shuttle into town were huge perks. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including pots and pans, dishes, a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and even two coffee makers. Some of those weren’t listed, so that was a nice surprise. “The place was okay, but there seemed to be only one guy to check in with or go ask questions. There’s not even really a “front desk” to this hotel. Room furniture was adequate but uncomfortable. Kitchen was supplied with basic appliances. Overall no complaints but the place was not what I would call high end.”

“Booked this property for the amenities but was I wrong. Hot tub didn’t work and looked like it hadn’t for quite some time. Did not have any continental breakfast like advertised. Outside of property was dirty and not maintained. Would not stay here again.”

“Check-in was very efficient, but the staff was not very friendly. The room was enormous and seemed to be quite clean. However, it is very outdated. I.e. carpet was coming up in places the grout and the tiling snd the finish in the bathroom needs to be redone.. And I get that it’s tourist season, but a little bit overpriced for what it is.”
