"I read reviews about this property that helped me to choose it, big mistake. Whoever highly rated this place probably doesn't know better, very basic. You feel like you're in someone's house as opposed in a pousada. There's definitely better options for the cost of it. The overnight guy was very nice but one ladie in the day time was rough, from my room I could hear they talking on their phone, loud. Never again 😒. "

Please note the breakfast is only served between 8:00 - 10:00, so if you leave earlier because of an early boat there is no breakfast!☹️
We had booked 3 rooms, and had no. 2, 3 and 4. Room no 2 had only a neon light in the room and was very crowded because of an extra bed, which couldn’t be taken of the room!☹️
There was furthermore a bad smell from the bathroom! Room 3 and 4 was ok with much better light!"
"The location is fabulous. Directly on the main strip in front of the sea. Staff was helpful. After checking in the AC wouldn't turn on. Fixed that.. 2 hrs later it was still hot so a technician came and we went to dinner. Upon return at 1 am, it was cooler but not cold. So i let them know in the morning before heading out. When returned in the evening it was much cooler. The shower was not very clean..it had old stains. It was also very finicky.. usually scalding hot. I was on the 2nd floor......

This place feels like a secret paradise on a desert island.
The food was mind blowing with great chefs for breakfast and dinner. we saw a turtle swimming by one morning while having breakfast !
The beach located close to the resort is wonderful and there are some great hikes to the main town and waterfalls.

Check in was easy and the guy on reception very friendly. Room was a good size and clean with air conditioning.

"We had a nice stay here. It was quite basic but the staff were pleasant, location was good, and breakfast was fine. The room did get quite hot so we had both the aircon and the fan on through the night, both of which were quite noisy. But we were perfectly happy here otherwise. "
