"I read reviews about this property that helped me to choose it, big mistake. Whoever highly rated this place probably doesn't know better, very basic. You feel like you're in someone's house as opposed in a pousada. There's definitely better options for the cost of it. The overnight guy was very nice but one ladie in the day time was rough, from my room I could hear they talking on their phone, loud. Never again 😒. "

"Good location five minutes walk from the beach and dock. Check in was easy and the guy on reception very friendly. Room was a good size and clean with air conditioning. Bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Nice breakfast area and plenty of food to choose from. "

"My boyfriend and I had a nice stay here. Very cosy place, the cabins have everything you need. The pusada serves coffee and cake every day at h17, which was very nice. The beds were a bit on the firm side, the wifi was very on and off, but apart from that, a very pleasant stay. Ilha Grande is gorgeous!"

"Com certeza esse é um lugar que voltarei, traz muita paz. Destaque para o atendimento carinhoso e prestativo do Alan e da Tainá que faz um café da manhã extremamente delicioso, cada dia um bolo diferente pão de queijo quentinho e bem caseiro, tempero maravilhoso nas refeições, enfim, nota 1000, tem também a filhinha deles Maria um anjinho, linda e simpática. Tudo maravilhoso, desde a orientação via watts e simpatia da proprietária Vanessa. Super recomendo"

"The host asked me to pay upon my arrival as she supposedly had not received the money from hotels.com, even though I had prepaid through the plaftorm. Despite proof of payment provided to hotels.com and countless interactions with customer service, the hotel did not admit getting the payment twice and hotels.com completely let me down, saying it's the hotel's conditions and that they can't do anything about it. So be warned, not only this place is not honest, it is also very average, quite...

"The hotel is submerged in the green, everything was nice but the only big problem we found was the noise. We had I guess extra loud neighbors, they woke us up at night, every night, but this happened also because the walls between us they were paper thin, we could hear everything."

"Minha estadia foi ótima...a pousada é linda...o quarto muito limpo...tudo bem novinho...todos da pousadas bem atenciosos....só deixo uma oportunidade de melhoria....ter mais canais fechados e rede Wifi...para que se acesse as plataformas de streaming no quarto....de resto...tudo maravilhoso!"

"All of the staff is super nice. I don’t speak Portuguese, so they had to work a little harder. I had to work a couple days, but the WiFi was great upstairs and downstairs. I was able to do Teams video meetings. They have a good breakfast and afternoon tea. "

"Very convoluted check in process. Not well maintained. Hard to enter the area before elevator, they have a weird facial recognition gate next to elevator with very little space. Pillow cases and sheets may be clean but were all stained and give impression of dirt. Strange to have hallway lights off on motion sensor lights (spooky feel) instead of a constant low energy light. Would not stay again unless very cheap, which it was. Did not use pool, so maybe that’s a good reason for the place. "
