"Ac didn’t work well, carpet, curtains, sheets had stains. The bathroom had bad smell and was not well maintained. Gym and pool were closed without any notice or refund. "
"This is a beautiful property. One thing the property needs to address is removing the Korean breakfast from their listing. It is not currently available and should not be advertised. Also, a word of warning - they heat the floors with wood and they get so hot we were very uncomfortable the 1st night and asked them to refrain from using any wood on the 2nd day. It worked and we were very comfortable. The location of the property is better than anything we could have asked for. Also, they include free admission to all the major area attractions. The gardens are directly nextdoor and spectacular. The front desk also provided us with the name and location of a wonderful gym. We were able to get a fantastic workout. We will be returning to this property on our next visit to Korea and highly recommend when you visit Namwon."
"The property appeared somewhat dated, and the staff did not seem particularly welcoming. Additionally, due to the cold weather, we were unable to use the swimming pool. Most of all, the in-room bathtub was not present as depicted in the photos."
"Conveniently located near the famous Hwaeomsa Temple and the entrance to hike up to the Nogodan Peak, I couldn't have picked a better place to stay for my two-day trip. The property is owned and operated by an amazing couple who treat you like family. They went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed for my hike up to Nogodan Peak. The rooms are affordable and very clean. They provide all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Various restaurant choices all within walking distance. "
"Exceptional value for money. Staff very helpful and within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants and the national garden. Large room with lovely view over the bay. Most comfortable hotel bed we have had on our South Korea trip."
"The hotel owner was amazing. Not only did he introduce us to traditional Korean tea in their little cafe, but he and his wife fed us fresh persimmons and baked sweet potatoes in the wood burning stove. Had the best night and would stay again! "
"Very friendly owner. She doesn’t speak english, but was able to communicate using a translation app. Nice little apartment overlooking a small river. Good rest stop if you are cycling the Seomjingang bike trail. Steep uphill to reach the place (if you are cycling)"
