The curtains in the first room did not close completely and when asked the staff responded that it is going to be that way.
The shower room door in the first room was not closing resulting in water seeping out of the shower room into all the bathroom.
I was told that I will be moved into another room. When I went to the front desk, they were not aware of it and refused to move me for almost 30 minutes. There is a clear break down of communication between the Managers and the staff at the front desk.
After checking out from the first room no one came by to give us the key to the new room. We were stranded without a room for almost 30 minutes or 45 minutes. There was again a communication break down between the front desk and the room service staff.
They changed my room and gave me another room where the refrigerator was not working. The room maintenance staff is very poorly coordinated.
There is a wide spread break down in communication between the room maintenance teams, front desk teams, floor managers. The whole operation is a mess. They need proper training and the chain of responsibilities has to flow among all these departments.
I am very sad at the way the staff is working and very unsatisfied with my stay.
