Very enjoyable stay. The rooms were large and beds firm but very comfortable. Staff very accommodating and helpful, however the property could perhaps invest in more sun loungers by the pool and the sun deck near the pool needs an overhaul.

Clean and good location hotel

Walking distance to Terminal 21, Pattaya Beach and Tiffany Show. The breakfast variety is limited. Swimming pool and snooker table advantages for children. Recommended.

I wasn't even at the steps to the hotel, and the staff came over to me and took my suitcase!! A great start! I met the front desk staff, and they checked me in super fast! And, when I turned around, the bell hop guy had already taken my suitcase up to my room!! I changed into my swimming trunks and got to the pool! A perfect pool! It's 1.5 meters deep. Perfect temperature. Lots of lounging chairs are available. It's just a gorgeous, clean hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful!! If you need to feel like a special guest, come to Hotel J. Pattaya!! I am on my last day here at Hotel J Pattaya. I can tell you that the hotel is wonderful. I was here from Feb 4 to 18. The staff are incredible! SO FRIENDLY and helpful! The place is constantly being cleaned by someone. The rooms are fantastic. The place seems empty of people. Most times, the pool has nobody swimming in it. There's a separate kids' pool. It looks great! A gentle slide. Water guns mounted on the pool deck. Lots of floatie toys for the kids..life jackets too! Hardly anyone around. If you come here for some nightlife (at the hotel, I mean), there's none. The bar is closed. It's pretty quiet here at night. To get to downtown is only a mile walk (1.6 km). Twenty minute walk. That will take you right by the amazing Terminal 21 mall, which is just a half mile away! And just a quick walk up from the hotel is a 7-Eleven store to get snacks and liquor. There is no store in the hotel.

The reviews about this hotel are confusing. Many say it is absolutely fantastic, leaving the impression is a 5 star hotel priced much lower. Other travelers report a terrible stay. My stay was fine but I left after 2 days for something better. While there, I paid for a 3-star hotel and it was a fine 3-star hotel with what to expect about a 3 star hotel. The room was big and clean, the staff smiling and competent. On the downside, the breakfast was quite disappointing, I should have bought my own at the supermarket. Also, a series of customers going to a nearby room sloppily tried to open my door after 11pm. They were going to the next room. This normally does not happen in a 5-star, such customers are normally in 2-atar hotels. The location of the hotel is excellent with a 7/11 downstairs and Terminal 21 a short walk away. Many travelers complained about the noise, and it was not an issue. But I had to keep the curtains closed because the rooms can see into each other and I frequently walk around naked while changing clothes.

バスでパタヤに行ったのてすが、着いたパスターミナルからも歩いていく事ができ(15分くらい)ターミナル21までも(10分くらい)歩いていけて便利で静かな場所だったので、ゆっくり寛ぐ事ができました。部屋もグレードアップしてもらい快適に過ごす事が出来ました。値段以上でコストパフォーマンスに優れたホテルです。
